We currently deliver to customers in the United States.

Estimated shipping time after dispatch: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping origin: Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

5. Returns and Cancellations
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for the conditions, procedures and any applicable costs relating to returns, refunds and cancellations. Nothing in that policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
6. Delivery Issues and Liability
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If your parcel is lost, damaged or marked as delivered but has not been received, contact info@ellaandava.com so we can investigate with the shipping carrier. A delivery scan will be considered as part of that investigation.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

Content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to VEERA The Label or its respective owners and licensors. Unless permitted by law, it may not be copied, reproduced or used without the relevant rights holder’s permission.
8. Complaints Procedure
Please submit complaints to info@ellaandava.com, including your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections that apply under applicable consumer protection laws.
